Loop Location:

Our Loop location is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, accessible to the Brown, Red, Purple, Orange, Green, and Blue lines all within a block of our office as well as numerous bus lines. If you’re interested in driving to our office, parking is available at the following locations:

Macy’s Valet Parking: Available on Randolph St and Wabash Ave. A $2 discount is provided for customers showing our business card with the 25 E Washington address displayed.

Macy’s Randolph Self Park 20 E Randolph: $35 for 2 hours, ask your therapist for parking validation which may be available to decrease rate to $18

Our office is located on the 10th floor, suite 1051. Once you arrive in our waiting room, please flip the light switch on under your therapist’s name, which will let them know you have arrived.

Andersonville Location:

Our Andersonville location is located on Clark Street directly above the Women and Children First bookstore. The office is on a couple bus lines, and is a short walk from the Berwyn Red Line stop. If you’re interested in driving to our office, parking is available in the lot directly behind our building, accessible off of Farragut Ave. 

To enter the stairwell to access the suite off of Clark Street, you will need an access code for the door. Please contact your therapist for a code. Once you enter the stairwell and come to the 2nd floor, you can enter the suite and proceed directly to your left to our waiting room, where your therapist will come greet you at the time of your appointment.

Payment information:

Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a link via email to sign up for our client portal. You are encouraged to complete the opening paperwork through the portal prior to your first appointment so your therapist can learn more about what you’d like out of therapy, as well as do a benefit check if you’re hoping to use your insurance plan. At the time of your first appointment, your therapist will provide you with information as to your out of pocket responsibility with your particular plan. If for some reason we have not been able to gather adequate information about your plan prior to your first appointment, a $50 retainer will be collected and will be applied to your balance once we receive your claim back from insurance for your session. If you owe less than $50, we will either apply the credit towards your next payment, or refund your original payment.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, checks, or cash as payment. We have the ability to store credit card information on file for ease of future payments in a secure, encrypted system through our practice management software.
