What can clients expect in the first few sessions working with you?

My therapeutic approach is grounded in genuine curiosity and warmth to create a non-judgmental and open space where clients can find healing and growth.

Are there any client systems or presenting problems you especially enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ population and also enjoy working with individuals who have experienced trauma.

What advice do you have for clients who may be nervous or apprehensive to begin therapy?

For client who are nervous about starting therapy, I would tell them that they are the expert on their own lives and that they can express any feelings of anxiety openly.

What are a few of the books/resources you often recommend to clients?

A few books I would recommend are The Body Keeps The Score, Attached, and The Road Back to You.

What do you do for fun outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy yoga, going to the lake, playing games, and spending time with family and friends.

What’s the last show you binge-watched?

I am currently binge-watching Hacks on HBO.
