This educational couples workshop offers proven tools to help strengthen friendship, partnership, romance, and conflict management, based on decades of research by The Gottman Institute.

Using a combination of lecture-style teaching and guided private couple exercises, this workshop provides a constructive, supportive space for romantic partners to learn and practice practical, research-based skills together.
